Moreover in India, there was the campaign started on BOYCOTT CHINA PRODUCTS. To support the people of India the government takes an initiative to overview those apps which are harmful to India. Govt. give this work to India's intelligence bureau and the found that these 59 Chinese applications have lots of India data and they have no servers in India for storing those data. All the servers are in China which may lead to a leak in the data of the 130 crores people of India.
Especially some applications like TIKTOK and UC browsers had a lot of Indian data with them and they are earning a lot from India but still, they don't have servers in trusted places so the I.B. prepares a list of these 59 applications and give it to the Ministry of home affairs. Then MHA puts a ban on these.

Why PUBG mobile is still safe? PUBG Mobile is a Chinese application or not?

All the gamers in India must have a question in their mind that is will PUBG be banned in the coming future? Is PUBG a Chinese game? Should they continue to play it or uninstall it?
Well, in order to know the answers to these questions we will have to go to the past when PUBG started.
"PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) is an online multiplayer battle royale game developed and published by PUBG Corporation, a subsidiary of South Korean video game company Bluehole. The game is based on previous mods that were created by Brendan "PlayerUnknown" Greene for other games, inspired by the 2000 Japanese film Battle Royale, and expanded into a standalone game under Greene's creative direction. In the game, up to one hundred players parachute onto an island and scavenge for weapons and equipment to kill others while avoiding getting killed themselves. The available safe area of the game's map decreases in size over time, directing surviving players into tighter areas to force encounters. The last player or team standing wins the round."
